Professor Oluwaseun Sulaiman Saidu
Dr. Saidu is indeed a man of many hats. He is the dean, first chair and professor at the Interest-Free Banking and Finance institute. An alumnus of The University of Manchester. He has postgraduate degrees in Development Economics, Psychology of Mental Health and Well being, Statistics and Social Research Methods and a Doctorate in Islamic (Ethical) Finance. Earlier, he bagged a First Class (honours) degree in Economics. His approach to psychological therapy is humanistic person-centred, solution focused and cognitively behavioural.
He has over a decade of experience working in public and private sectors as university teacher, researcher, consultant and community development practitioner. He has particularly worked for organizations who are in the business of teaching, research, community development, improving business processes and satisfying clients and his work cuts across orchestrating meaningful pragmatic evidence based researches, imparting knowledge and learning and development.
His consultancy experience spans across two continents. He has worked with professorial colleagues in conjunction with various organizations of worth on various projects in the humanities and social sciences. Specifically he has provided industry and societal-wide solutions in the area of voluntaristics, microfinance, banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Accounting, Macroeconomics, Business Studies, Fiqh Muamalat, Usool-Fiqh and Qawaid Fiqhiyya, Law of Contracts, Qur'an and the Economy, Financial Econometrics and Corporate Finance. He his also involved in general educational consultancy in the areas of curriculum development and establishment of educational centres.
At Servitude Centre CIC, he pilots the affairs. He is the director, chief therapist and consultant-in-chief. He is indeed a man of may hats. He is resident in the United Kingdom and is married with four children.
Mulkat Adepeju Oguntola
Ms. Mulkat Oguntola is a Mental Health Practitioner with the NHS, UK. In addition, she is a qualified psychotherapist and registered member of the BACP. She is also a chartered accountant. She has over seven years experience in counselling and psychotherapy. She is a generalist and her work cuts across all pertinent areas of guidance and counselling. She holds a Masters Degree in Safeguarding Studies (Protecting Adults and Children) and a Bachelors Degree in Guidance and Counselling. A qualified teacher, she home-schools her children and she is happily married.
Here at Servitude Centre CIC, she doubles as a volunteer General Secretary and therapist. She is quite active in the community.
