• Vocational Guidance is the process of helping individuals decide on suitable occupation, after due consideration of their capabilities, and helping them make necessary preparations to enter into it and develop in it.

• What do I rally like to do? Is it writing in an office, teaching and coaching others?

• How can I use this talent to earn a living?

• What is important to me? Health, independence, security, pleasure of God, enormous wealth, helping people?

• What lifestyle do I like? rigid routines or flexible routines?

• What skills to I have/ what new skills do I need to develop? Level of education/ experience?

• How can I enhance my skills? Further studies, training?

• How can I manage myself well? Balancing work with family and health?
