(Quran 65 verse 2-3)"
"Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest" (Quran 13 verse 28)
Since about 50% of mental health distresses are associated with high economic burdens (Doran & Kinchin, 2017), Servitude Centre brings a unique, holistic perspective to mental health, informed by our sound background in social and economic development. We at Servitude Centre use our deep knowledge of ethical finance in solving associated mental health issues. Our understanding of Economics and Finance means an understanding of the socio-economic drivers of health inequalities, poverty which often intersect with mental health distresses. This provides a lens for understanding the structural and socio-economic dimensions of mental health problems. In other words, at Servitude Centre, we are equipped with a unique analytical lens to understand the socio-economic and systemic factors that often underpin mental health distresses
